International Trade

International Trade – QQI Level 5 course provides students with a strong foundation in global commerce, trade regulations, documentation, and business management required for working in international trade environments.

Students will study at least eight subjects in this full-time one-year course including International Trade Practices, Business Management, Economics, and Business Law. The course focuses on developing practical skills through subjects such as Spreadsheets, Database, Word Processing, Accounting, and Business Communication.

Students who complete this one-year Level 5 QQI course can progress to further studies in higher education institutions or pursue careers in import/export companies, logistics, shipping, and international business organizations.

Course Requirements

• Applicants should have Leaving Certificate or equivalent

• Mature applicants are welcome

• All applicants whose first language is not English will be tested at entry

• All applicants will be interviewed
